“I have always wanted enhancement in my breast but did not want an implant. Dr. Sarhaddi gave that and more. Being 55 I lost all the fullness in the tops of my breast’s no longer having cleavage without the help of a push up bra. My procedure was done in the office with no downtime. I literally was able to take just Tylenol (I’m fortunate to have a high pain tolerance).
Dr. Sarhaddi marked my flanks and bra roll fat that she was going liposuction out to use for my breast’s. Once that was done we started, she removed all the unwanted fat from my back a total bonus!!!! She then separated the fat and then went to work enhancing my deflated breast. As we all know we each have one breast smaller than the other. It is incredible how Dr. Sarhaddi was able to make my breasts more symmetrical. I now have the fullness back in the tops of my breasts. As Dr.Sarhaddi explained not all the fat will take and I can expect about 60% or a bit more to remain. After the treatment was completed and I was cleaned up I had lunch and went back to work. Again, I have a pretty sedentary job and since I only took Tylenol I was good to go. For the recovery, I kept pads on the areas of liposuction for the drainage under my binder and went braless for the first four days. I will wear the binder for only two weeks for the areas of liposuction. The reason for my review title is unlike traditional breast augmentation, I got the enhancements of my breast’s but an awesome bonus I got rid of the fat on my back and flanks. If in 6 months I would like more fullness Dr. Sarhaddi said I can liposuction my inner thighs and add more.

“Dr. Sarhaddi was personable, but all business while describing what needed to be done. Her self-assuredness gave me the confidence to proceed with my decision. We discussed differences between endoscopic and thread forehead lifts, fat transfers, lower lip blepharoplasty, removal of fat pockets and an upper lip lift. I was ready to go but had to wait for the Covid test and scheduling. The day of the surgery she mapped out my face and with shoulders back and a definite stride assured me we’d meet soon. She walked out the door. Soon it was and she was there. She checked all weekend on my progress and saw me on Monday. Although bandaged and bruised the immediate result was amazing. A lip lift I deemed unnecessary changed the lower part of my face and erased many years. My eyes weren’t hallow, but rather smooth and natural. She worked magic on a 73 year old.
